Sabbath Roasters Choice Coffee: A Blend of Quality and Passion

This is the first location for Sabbath Roasters Choice Coffee, an artisan coffee shop opened in Clawson by partners Trevor and Miranda Graham. It is a small space that serves up typical third-wave coffee drinks and a few specialty items, like the Draper (espresso with brown sugar syrup, orange bitters, and a cherry garnish). The beans are roasted on a Datgen roaster from Turkey. Other menu items include pastries from Cannelle by Matt Knio.

The roasters also offer coffee by the bag for those wanting to try their products at home. Their flagship offering is Captain’s Choice, which was voted one of the top 10 coffees in America. It’s a masterful blend that balances the deep richness of dark roast and vibrant notes of medium roast Arabica beans.
